Barclays Product Changes


Following on from the rate reductions we made last week, we are pleased to confirm we are making some more positive changes to our Residential fixed rates with new products launching tomorrow, Friday 7th December.

The changes impact products across our Purchase, Remortgage and Existing Customer Reward range and include some competitive reductions to our longer-term fixed rate offerings.

Residential

Purchase and Remortgage           

  • 1.89% 2 Yr Fixed, £1999 product fee, 85% LTV, Min loan £400,000, Max loan £2,000,000 will decrease to 1.74%
  • 1.99% 5 Yr Fixed, £999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.97%
  • 2.64% 10 Yr Fixed, £999 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 2.55%

Residential 

Purchase        

  • 3.75% 2 Yr Fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £400,000, (£1000 cashback) will decrease to 3.55%
