Matthew Harrison

Having been involved with Fintech since 2005 his first role was as a trainer on Sesame Networks software solution. He then progressed to adoption consultant and later took up a role as a Business Development Manager for their GI proposition.

In 2009 Matthew set up his own Mortgage firm in partnership with a local estate agent, this was a role which he loved and believes it gave him valuable experiences and understanding of the Broker journey and the pain points along the way.

2011 saw Matthew approach by Avelo (later became IRESS) where he took on the role of trainer on their Wealth CRM Adviser Office and then Business Development Manager for both Trigold and the Exchange.

Matthew joined MCI in November 2017 and is now responsible for the Sales and Account management team.

Phil Whitehouse

Phil Whitehouse Heads up MCI and set up the Club in 2014 in conjunction with Rick Watkin of the ekeeper Group.

He has a wealth of experience and immediately before setting up MCI Club, Phil started a range of financial services support businesses and also was heavily engaged in providing consultancy work for a range of organisations.

Phil’s financial services career started with Leeds Permanent Building Society who then merged with Halifax where he held various management roles in the branch network.

From 2007 until 2012 Phil ran The Mortgage Alliance (TMA Mortgage Club) until it’s sale by Santander and previous to that was instrumental in setting up and looking after all Supplier Relationships for Pink Home Loans.

In his spare time Phil plays golf, is involved in football refereeing and has supported West Bromwich Albion for many years.

Ronnie Molloy

Ronnie has worked in the financial services industry for the last 3 year, heading up recruitment and broker relationships for a large DA firm. He brings over 10 years sales experience to the team as our new Business Development Manager.

His key roles include building on and maintaining relationships with our accounts in relation to the mortgage club as well as actively seeking new firms to bring on board. He is always looking to see where the MCI Club can add that extra value to any and all firms who place business with us.

Always readily available to take calls and respond to emails feel free to drop him a line if you have any questions.

Having personally used and customised our system for a large DA firm his knowledge provides considerable hands-on experience and champions our products accordingly.

Scott Newman

Scott started in the industry in 2005 when he worked for The Exchange.  After spending 6 years on the Support Desk and following a company acquisition, Scott moved into an Account Management position where he managed firms specialising in both mortgages and protection.  In 2014 Scott then moved into a Key Account Management role, which saw him managing firms using Wealth CRM’s, which helped grow his knowledge of the wider industry.  After a short while, Scott then transitioned into a Key Account Management role which specifically focused on firms using mortgage and protection CRM’s.

Scott has now worked for eKeeper since October 2017, managing Key Accounts of both Mortgage Keeper and MCI Club.

Anna Soffe

Anna has worked in a customer service setting for over 3 years and throughout this time has gained invaluable experience and knowledge. This gives her an ideal foundation to fulfill her role as a Telephone Account Manager. Her key roles include getting to know her clients and forming a strong grounding with them so she can better understand their needs as a business. She works with the MCI Club to see where it can fit into firms and to share with clients how the club can benefit them if they put their business through it.
